Children's SwopShop Easter 2005

The cost of SWOPSHOP will be € 160 (EURO) for participants from Western Europe. This includes the cost of accommodation and meals in Feketic, travel within Serbia to and from the airport or train station and visits to churches in Serbia. The travel costs to and from Serbia are not included! Please ask your congregation or your children- and youth department in your country for funding your travel costs.

The cost of SWOPSHOP will be € 140 (EURO) for participants from Eastern Europe. This includes the cost of accommodation and meals in Feketic, travel within Serbia to and from the airport or train station and visits to churches in Serbia. The EMYC Special Fund up to 100 € will fund your travel costs.

If you are from the host country Serbia, the cost of SWOPSHOP will be € 50 (EURO) for accommodation and meals in Feketic, travel within Serbia to and from the airport or train station and visits to churches in Serbia. The EMYC Special Fund up to 50 € will fund your travel costs.

All participants coming by air, need to be in Belgrade airport in time to catch the SWOP-SHOP bus that will leave at 13:00 for Feketic on Wednesday March 23rd. On the return journey a bus will leave Feketic to arrive in Belgrade airport by 12:00. Please bear this in mind when booking flights.
If some participants are planning to spend time in Belgrade before or after SWOPSHOP you have to look for your own arrangements and this, of course, has to be paid by your-self.

Applications for SWOPSHOP must be sent, by e-mail, to the Children Department in London to Mary Roseweir on RoseweirM@MethodistChurch.org.uk. These must be received, at the latest, by February 14th. Mary will be dealing with all applications except those from Serbia, which will be handled internally.

Participants from Russia and Ukraine need visa! Please contact very early pastor Mihal Hrcan in Serbia (email: hrcan@web.de) to give you assistance for your visas!

All registered participants will get in January detailed information where SWOPSHOP take place, about travel details and the program.

We are very excited at the prospect of SWOPSHOP in Serbia. We hope that everyone coming will be able to share a workshop, a song, a dance or a craft suggestion with the rest of the group. We have 64 places and hope to use them all!
